Below are all the categories
and descriptions of the Vegas Invasion VIII awards. These awards will
be voted on by attendees of the Vegas Invasion meet at the main event
on Saturday. Awards will be handed out towards the end of the meet. |

Best Audio:
Self-explanatory. Show off your audio and video system to compete for
this award. |
| |

| |
Best Interior:
This is for the Sol that has an interior above all others. |
| |
|
| |
Best Engine:
This award goes to the top engine as voted. This could be a swap,
nicely tuned, supercharged - whatever engine the members like best. |

Best Stock Sol:
Let's face it, not everyone wants to or can modify his/her car. And
as true del Sol enthusiasts, we appreciate all del Sols. This is a
popular award and one of the hardest to win as truly stock sols are
rare. The Sol must be about 90% stock to qualify... one engine mod
is allowed, rims OR lowered are OK (not both), no major body work,
original paint, etc. Ask a planner if you want to know if your Sol
is considered stock. |

Best Appearance:
All about the presence of the Sol - the head-turner... which Sol
looks the best. |

Best Sol:
The grand-daddy of them all - the best Sol at the invasion. When voting
for this award, take into account EVERYTHING... the look, the engine,
cleanliness, the member... This is hard to win and harder to pick! |

Honorable Mention:
An award for the Sol that just doesn't fit into the rest. This Sol
is a Sol that deserves the extra attention but just doesn't quite
fit into the other categories. |

THE AWARD:
This was a brand new award for Vegas Invasion VI but is similar to the
previous Invasion's "Member Award". This will be an award
to a member that will chosen only by the planners. A member's character
plays a role in the selection of this one. |
