Team Sol Cal held its
first annual Vegas Invasion meet back in 2001. We envisioned a gathering
where del Sol enthusists from all over the United States could come
together and celebrate our cars and friendship. Las Vegas was the
obvious choice. It's central location on the West Coast makes it accessible
to all. The number of hotels, inns, and motels allows virtually all
members to find a place to stay the meets their standards and budget.
And of course, Las Vegas is the entertainment capital of the world
so there was no worry about stuff to do. |

Our first meet had nearly
30 del Sols and 45 members. It instantly became the largest del Sol
meet in the United States and one of the largest in the world. Every
year since then, the meet as become bigger and better. Last year,
we had 54 del Sols and around 90 members! We have had members from
over a dozen states attend the meet. Let's face it - the idea of 45
del Sols all in one area is awesome. But what's truly the best experience
is the friends we make and the memories we take back. |

This year, we expect the
Invasion to be even larger. We have Sols traveling in from as far
away as Michigan, Kansas, Indiana, and Kentucky. We even have Sols
making the incredible trip all the way from Vegas itself. The Vegas
Invasion experience is something you do not want to miss. |
